March is National Nutrition Month and it is St. Patrick's Day!
Everyone knows I am eating right and losing weight in a healthy way!
Nutrition is something we should focus on year-round, but that's not news. There are plenty of excuses for not eating as well as we should, or not getting enough exercises, but there's also a long list of small things we can do that have a great lasting impact.
